We have employment opportunities in a variety of departments including retail, rentals, ski school, central reservations, lift/base operations and food and beverage. All positions provide full training and offer great benefits including staff housing, competitive wages, staff discounts, free lift passes and invitations to countless social events and parties.

Complimentary Employment Service

We arrange for your pre departure interview with the employers.
You will be screened to ensure you fit their requirements.
On acceptance you will receive your job guarantee.
Full time work is offered, at least 30-40 hrs per week
Jobs to suit all levels of work experience.
Most positions will receive between $8-12 per hour
In most cases you will be able to work with your mates or partners
You will be able to attend interviews for your preferred jobs (if they are still available when applying)

With literally thousands of young people from all over the world attempting to work in Canadian ski resorts each season it places a massive strain on the Human Resource departments to keep up with the bombardment of emails and phone calls.

While some resorts do accept direct applications, usually for skilled positions i.e. qualified instructors, the majority use the services of agencies to recruit international candidates for them.

The Working Holiday Club is founded on the partnerships between leading flight, travel, recruitment and ski resort organisations to ensure participants have all the assistance and support they need to experience a working holiday quickly, easily and on a budget. Application and Recruitment Process

Application Process:

To enquire please email or call WHC on 03338001833.
Once your application has been received a WHC consultant will be in contact to discuss the resorts and roles available and help you choose which best suits your work aspirations and travel plans.
Your WHC consultant will also assess your suitability for the destination of your choice as every country has different working visa requirements (please refer to our visa requirements page for more details).
On confirmation of your interest you will be required to sign and return our terms and conditions
On receipt of your signed terms and conditions you will be issued with an invoice for your Powder package - a minimum deposit of £150 is required before the recruitment process can begin.

Recruitment Process:

Once your payment has been received the Working Holiday Club application forms will be emailed to you to be returned within 7 days
A screening interview will then be arranged and on completion you will be notified which resort and role you have been selected to interview for in July 2012
We will email you a resort specific application form and request for supporting documents - CV, resume, Police clearance certificate and Visa letter of introduction.
Interview dates and times will be confirmed 4-6 weeks prior to the recruitment fair in London
